Slotwise handles appointment scheduling for businesses where availability is not a single calendar: several staff members, several locations, services of different lengths, and buffers between them.

Timezones are handled properly. Every appointment is stored in UTC and converted only when it is displayed, so a booking made from a different country stays at the right local time on both sides, including across daylight saving changes.

What the free plugin does

The booking form goes on any page as a block or a shortcode, wearing your own colours. Availability is worked out from staff schedules, per-location hours, service durations, buffers, travel time between locations, and dated exceptions such as holidays. Slots are locked while somebody is booking, so two customers pressing "book" on the last slot at the same moment cannot both get it.

Customers reschedule or cancel from a link in their confirmation email. Staff and locations each get a subscribable calendar feed.
