Common questions
Do products keep working if I do not renew?
Yes. A licence buys updates and support for its term. When it lapses the software carries on running and everything it has already created stays exactly as it is.
Where does my purchase actually happen?
It depends on the product. Some are sold here and paid for through Stripe, in which case your licence key and downloads live in your account on this site. Others are sold by Freemius, who take the payment and issue the key — the buy button says which.
What is the refund policy?
Ask within the refund window and you get your money back, without having to justify it. Refunds for products sold through Freemius are issued by Freemius.
Can I use a product on more than one site?
Each licence covers the number of sites its plan states. Buy the quantity you need at checkout and you get one key per site rather than one key to share.
