Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Emeta Global. Referring to "we" or "us" below means them.
Buying
Our WordPress plugins and themes are sold through Freemius, which acts as merchant of record. Your purchase contract for those is with Freemius, and their terms apply to the transaction, including tax and invoicing. What we are responsible for is the software itself.
Licensing of the software
Our WordPress plugins and themes are released under the GNU General Public Licence. That licence gives you broad freedom to use, modify and redistribute the code, and nothing in these terms takes any of it away.
What a paid licence buys is updates and support for the period it covers, on the number of sites the plan states. A licence that lapses does not switch the software off, and does not affect anything it has already created.
Support
Support is provided by email to customers with a current licence, on a reasonable-effort basis. It covers the software working as described. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugins, or your hosting.
What we do not promise
The software is provided as-is. We cannot guarantee it is free of defects, nor that it will suit a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the licence.

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did.
